Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the innovax.pk website. Software licences for deployed Innovax HMIS products are governed by separate agreements signed with each customer.

Use of the website

You may browse and use this website for information about Innovax products and services. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit false or malicious information through its forms.

Information accuracy

We describe product capabilities in good faith and label modules as available, in rollout or planned. Feature availability, integrations and deployment specifics are confirmed in writing during scoping and in the applicable customer agreement. Website content does not constitute a contractual commitment.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, logos, dashboard illustrations and code — is the property of Innovax Technology unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without permission.

No patient data

This website is not intended for the submission of patient or clinical information. Do not send patient data through any form. Hospital data inside deployed HMIS installations is governed by the applicable customer agreement and the hospital's own policies.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party services (for example, social profiles or form delivery providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovax Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, unless a signed customer agreement states otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page.
